Real Estate Auctions

Using an auction to purchase or sell real estate works very well. Our proven method makes for a fast and easy transaction. We would be happy to discuss the possibility of selling your property at auction. Contact us for a no obligation consultation to see if using an auction to sell your real estate is right for you.

Sellers

Using an auction to sell your real estate gives you control over the sale. You choose the day it will sell, and the terms it will sell under. “When time matters” is the #1 reason people use to sell real estate at auction. An auction forces buyers to action – they cannot “wait and see” any longer.

How Does it Work?

  • You set the date and terms of the sale.
  • A marketing plan is then implemented to gather together all interested parties together on auction day(s).
  • Potential buyers compete for your property by bidding it up (auctions negotiate price upwards instead of down).
  • The high bidder then enters into a Purchase and Sale agreement and deposits his earnest money – which is generally a larger sum to protect you.
  • The transaction is then turned over to a title company to conclude and close.

If your property is already listed with an agent, have them call us – we work well with real estate agents.

Best of all, we do not charge any additional commissions to the seller.

Buyers

Purchasing property at auction gives you the benefit of seeing what others are willing to pay for a property. No more guessing at what to offer, simply increase the bid by the next increment and you could be the next owner.

How Does it Work?

  • Read the Terms and Conditions for that auction property.
  • View the property during one of our posted open house dates/times.
  • Schedule/Perform any inspections you would like prior to the auction day.
  • Arrange for any needed financing prior to auction day.
  • Register to bid and start the bidding process
  • If you are the high bidder, a Purchase and Sale agreement will be signed, earnest money collected and then turned over to a title company so they can complete and close the transaction.

Working with an agent already? No problem. Have them contact us on how to represent you during the auction process.
